Project Brief

Develop a comprehensive machine learning solution (2500 words report + code) for a classification problem. Your project must include data preprocessing and exploratory data analysis, implementation of multiple classification algorithms (e.g., decision trees, random forests, neural networks), model evaluation using appropriate metrics and cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning and model optimization, and analysis of model performance and limitations. Submit code, documentation, and a technical report.
